These boots broke in faster than I thought. I have only had them a little more than a week, and they are very very comfortable and sturdy! I would buy another pair in a heartbeat if I needed another pair of boots!

These are awesome. Took them on a bunch of hikes in Yosemite and they saved my life on some steep hikes, although they gave me some blisters on my heels because I didn't break them in enough first. Not sure how waterproof they are, but they seem very sturdy. Super comfy out of the box and i"m excited that I can wear these on hikes and around the city. (I'm normally an 8.5W and the 7M fit well).

....but they didn't. Well, one fit and felt great, the other fit fine, but the seam just above the heel on the inside rubbed bad enough to cause a blister after wearing for about a half hour. They seem well made, and I really liked them, but no good for me. I normally wear an 11.5 in boots and this sizing was right on. Too bad.

Quality throughout. Sole material grips hardpacked snow pretty well. Size 12 is accurate in length, but slightly more narrow than M. Somewhat snug in instep area. Not designed to be a warm boot for extended winter hiking, but works well as a slightly dressy winter boot for alternating indoor - outdoor use.

These boots fit perfectly, are very well made, and look great with jeans.

About Chaco

There's a good reason why Chaco shoes have maintained a devoted following of adventurous souls (proudly known as Chaconians) for more than 25 years. From the incredible, arch-supporting footbed to the totally unique strap configuration, Chaco sandals fit like a glove and provide amazing support. Originally created by Mark Paigen in 1989, Chaco sandals have since evolved from a single pair of “Ultimate Sport Sandals” into an array of adventure-ready footwear products, including Chaco boots, sneakers and even clogs. Plus, to reduce waste and help loyal Chaconians get more miles out of their favorite kicks, this brand has even introduced the ReChaco Project, which allows customers to send in their worn or damaged sandals to be repaired.
