The Chacos are comfortable but they are a tad bit heavy for sandals. It does take a while to get the straps adjusted to make the whole foot feel like it belongs in the sandals. After the initial newness fades they are nice to walk in. Overall a quality purchase.

If you have a wide foot for a woman, this sandal will work well for you. In the Chaco brand, I have found that the womens' sandal runs narrow and my little toes are continually slipping slightly off the side of the shoe. I have tried the longer women' size 10M, but the arch is in the wrong place and the shorter womens' size 9M is a bit too short for my big toes...so the men's size 8M proved to be just the "Cinderella" fit. I know Chaco makes a womens' wide, but it is hard to find in retail stores or on line...without paying the usual hefty price. I'm happy now.

I took these bad boys out immediately to Great Falls Park in Virginia concerned about traction and comfort but they performed very well and I couldn't be happier. I'm never wearing socks in this heat ever again!

I've bought these Chaco Sandals because of their adjustability and comfort, since I've owned a pair of Chacos before. Unlike some of the other sandals I've owned in the past, they keep my big toes in place, and when properly adjusted, they also keep my irregular feet (feet with slight size variations) in place. They are very comfortable to wear, and they are very tough and durable.

If you own a pair of Chacos you know what I'm talking about.
If you don't have a pair you need to get a pair.
    Best adventure sandals, period.
Completely adjustable strapping fits to your feet with comfy footed and grippy Vibrant soles.
You will fall in love with your Chacos like we all have. A super good deal and excellent customer services as always when shopping with STP.

  • “What size would it be 10 for women on chacos??”
Asked by Araceli Guerrero from Memphis TN on 4/22/2017 6:46:46 PM
    • A women's 10 is generally a men's 8.5. Due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantities. Therefore, popular sizes and colors can sell out quickly. Occasionally we are able to reorder a product, but closeout items are typically unable to be reordered. We suggest signing up for the My Updates as the best way to monitor incoming products. • It depends on the size of your foot, which I will assume is a W (Wide) for this answer. While there are some Women's shoes on the market that carry W shoe widths, there are few women's sandals that I'm aware of that fit Wide Widths (Most Woman's Sandals carry a B width, which is considered the normal width for a woman). On the other hand, the normal shoe width for a man is D which is a little wider than a B.

If you like a sandal style in women's, I would look at the shoe width in that sandal's listing. If it says B, it may be smaller than your foot. If it says W and/or WW in addition to B, it could your width as well as size. It may sound a little more detailed than you may like, but I hope this helps.

About Chaco

There's a good reason why Chaco shoes have maintained a devoted following of adventurous souls (proudly known as Chaconians) for more than 25 years. From the incredible, arch-supporting footbed to the totally unique strap configuration, Chaco sandals fit like a glove and provide amazing support. Originally created by Mark Paigen in 1989, Chaco sandals have since evolved from a single pair of “Ultimate Sport Sandals” into an array of adventure-ready footwear products, including Chaco boots, sneakers and even clogs. Plus, to reduce waste and help loyal Chaconians get more miles out of their favorite kicks, this brand has even introduced the ReChaco Project, which allows customers to send in their worn or damaged sandals to be repaired.
