  • “When will these sandals be available again in a size 11”
    Asked by Rachel7402 from Trenton,Ga on 5/10/2015 8:05:46 PM
    • Due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantities. Therefore, popular sizes and colors can sell out quickly. Occasionally we are able to reorder a product, but closeout items are typically unable to be reordered. We suggest signing up for the My Updates as the best way to monitor incoming products. You will receive email notifications of our newest stock items.

  • “Im 4'11 and weigh 106lbs. I usually wear a size 5 in most shoes or smaller. Since this shoe only has a 5W and not 5M, will it still be able to fit my foot?”
Asked by Reggie from Florida on 3/28/2013 12:09:43 PM
    • It is highly possible that the 5 Wide is going to be too wide for you.

  • “I am a female and usually wear 9 or 9.5 in shoes (size 40 in birkenstocks and 10 in keens). I am wondering if I should order a 10 or will my foot swim in the shoe? Do Chacos run small? I have never owned a pair of Chacos, but really want to try them out- there are such great reviews on them! Thanks for your help!”
Asked by Anonymous from Stillwater, MN on 5/20/2011 12:00:00 AM
    • I typically wear a 9 in Keens, a 38 R in birkenstock Arizona's and a 39 R in birkenstock Boston's. I ordered a 9 R and a 9 W in this shoe, the length fit perfectly. Chaco's seem to be made for a narrow foot but I was still able to wear them and didn't see a whole lot of difference between the wide and regular widths and kept both the hipthong R and the Z/1 W. It doesn't feel as good as my birkenstocks but does have good arch support, much better than keens and it is a good choice for wet conditions when you can't wear your birks.

    • I found this shoe to be a good fit for my feet. I wear an 11 and have a very narrow foot. I was worried that the base would be too wide, but I found it to be a good fit. They are highly adjustable and the straps really made my feet feel securely supported. I wore these while hiking up the Bright Angel Trail out of the Grand Canyon from Pipe Creek and the only issue I had was when I got some sand between my feet and the straps and ended up with some chafing.

About Chaco

There's a good reason why Chaco shoes have maintained a devoted following of adventurous souls (proudly known as Chaconians) for more than 25 years. From the incredible, arch-supporting footbed to the totally unique strap configuration, Chaco sandals fit like a glove and provide amazing support. Originally created by Mark Paigen in 1989, Chaco sandals have since evolved from a single pair of “Ultimate Sport Sandals” into an array of adventure-ready footwear products, including Chaco boots, sneakers and even clogs. Plus, to reduce waste and help loyal Chaconians get more miles out of their favorite kicks, this brand has even introduced the ReChaco Project, which allows customers to send in their worn or damaged sandals to be repaired.
