Verified Buyer Reviewed by NoMiTraveler from Northern Michigan on Sunday, April 2, 2017I don't like thong sandals - so wasn't sure if I would like these. I took them on vacation and wore them everyday! Really felt like they had good support and very comfortable for walking. I also used them kayaking - and although they were wet, they didn't rub.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Kelsey from Colorado on Monday, March 6, 2017Love these sandals!!! Bought them to replace my old chacos and I love them.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoor Woman from Grand Rapids on Thursday, March 2, 2017Immediately comfortable right out of the box. I like the lighter weight...my other Chacos are older (still in great shape) and heavier.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by TLCWolfe from Wyoming on Monday, October 10, 2016My first pair of Chacos. I'm still getting used to these. I would not recommend that you buy a pair and expect to be able to walk all day in them without a little breaking in. The footbed is different than anything I've experienced, but after I wore these for an hour or two a day for a few days, it started to conform to my foot nicely. The two complaints I have are first, the ankle strap is soooo long (I have them tightened all the way down, see below). Dragging on the floor long. I had to cut mine, treat the end with fray-stop then "hem" with some industrial strength craft glue. Also, the sizing is kind of strange. I really think they should do half sizes. I am a 7.5, ordered the 8, which the footbed is just the right length, but my feet are kind of small circumference, so even with the outer ankle strap tightened all the way down, it's a close call--maybe just a little looser than I would like.

If you wear a 7 more often then I would go with 7, but if you wear a 7.5 more often then you may want to go with the 8, as we recommend half sizes order up.
I would get a 7 1/2. I get a 7 and it fits perfect, but I have never worn a 7 1/2. So because you do sometimes wear a 7 1/2, if I were you, that's what Id get.
According to our fit models this item is running true to size. If you wear a half size we recommend half sizes order up.
