The double webbing appears to allow for a more customized fit. They felt fine right out of the box. I like the lighter sole has the same great width for foot protection when walking on uneven ground. I plan to wear them in the lake while I hack out invasive weeds along the shore. Did you know they’re great for swimming, too?
