I can wear this, but no lining, so it's "breezy". No way its bid enough to "cuff". Not worth returning, will be giving away to family kid.

The knit is chunky so there are lots of holes, and there's no lining. Wind whips through it, so not for cold and windy days. Stretches really well over headphones or large heads.
