Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by H.B.K. from CT on Sunday, May 15, 2016Cute dress. Great fit, and it feels very classy on. However, few threads coming up loose around the button holes. For the price, worth it. I will get a some good use out of it, but it will need to be dry cleaned (as the cotton is very thick, and I don't know how well it will wash). It will need to be pressed and starched after being washed to get back its original appearance. I really love the dress, but the loose threads around the button holes, and the fact it will need extra pampering (in terms of pressing), doesn't earn it 5 stars in my book.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from SE USA on Wednesday, April 20, 2016Short Waisted and too tight at waist band to hook shut. I have a small waist so this was definitely off and wrong for size of dress. Also the skirt looked skimpy, much too bulky, too full for fabric is lined.then it is thrown off by the imbalance between bulk of skirt in an improper length for the design.
I wanted to like it because the color and print are wonderful. Details were off. For instance the belt is an odd solid polished cotton not a self belt. And is too wide for the design of dress. Extremely odd.
Looks Like it was put together by unskilled foreign labor or in a blind workshop by workers who had no idea what they were making.
I retuned it.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Alicia the Heirloom Gardener from Shoreline, WA on Tuesday, April 19, 2016I wore this dress to work last week and received a half a dozen unsolicited compliments about it. It's very cheery. The dress is well constructed with two layers of cotton, so more medium weight than lightweight. Very practical so one can look nice, and maybe even do a little bit of gardening, without having to worry about showing more than you meant too. The waist is a little bit hight, something to consider if you have a longer torso. But I LOVE it!
