The boots arrived as pictured. I like the brown-gray color. I wear a women's 10 and ordered the same. The length fit well. These are a pull-on boot and slipped on easily even with a medium weight sock. There will be a bit of a break in time due to the stiffness of the leather. The second that I noticed on this pair is an imperfection in the leather upper near to where the boot is sewn to the sole where the arch is located. Due to the location I am not sure how it will wear. There are also a few extra stitching holes that were punched into the sole but not used to sew it to the upper.

The boot arrived as pictured in color and style. I ordered a 10 and it fits well in length. I have a medium width foot. I can fell the boot on the side of my foot, however, not uncomfortably so. They will need to be broken in due to the nature of the construction. I know they are seconds. I found two spots on one boot that have defects. One is with the finish in a dime sized spot which does not appear to affect wear. The other is at the instep and appears to be a potential flaw in the leather. I cannot detect if it is a hole or simply on the surface. Overall impression is that they are a quality boot minus the blemishes.
