Made in Vietnam. Wide is different in that country, I assume. The boots will need a few weeks of break in time.

Made in USA feels so good, and proud to wear those American flag lace keepers. Features include full grain heavy-duty leather, solid brass hardware with quick lace, heavy lug Vibram soles, 360-Goodyear welt (which is re-soleable), 400 gram insulation, and so much more! This boot fits true to size and has excellent arch support. I am eager to see how the vibram toe cap holds up over time. This boot is made even better than my previous Chips, so much so I had to snatch up a second pair as a backup! This upgraded version of the Super Logger is an A+!

Solid construction, great grip with the Vibram lugs, and good fit. And they are a bit insulated, so really nice even in deep snow. I highly recommend them.
