Delivery slow and product defect

This was my first purchase from Sierra and it has been a bad experience. Made order on Jan 3, did jut receive any tracking info for nearly a week. Received order or Jan 13. Button was missing on jeans and sweater which was an XL was a very small XL and very cheaply made (thin). I now have returned the merchandise and waiting for my return. If Sierra wasn't going to charge me $8 for a refund, I would haven't have reordered. Will be the last time I buy from them unfortunately.
