4.0 out of 5 stars. For my Yorkie PuppyVerified Buyer Reviewed by DLLL from Michigan/Florida on Monday, April 8, 2019I am litter training my Yorkie puppy and this playpen is perfect for it. It fits the litter box inside and I fold two sides in to contain the box as much as possible. In addition to dog litter I put a potty pad in the box. I leave the door open for the puppy to go in and out as needed. I zip him in for potty on command. It is working great. Mesh could be a bit stronger as my puppy quickly ripped a small hole in the door mesh. An easy fix with a needle and nylon thread.

Not for active puppysReviewed by Kyle from Orlando, Florida on Sunday, March 24, 2019This may be good for small inactive pets like rabbits, kittens etc. but it doesn’t work for active puppies. It will tip over and fold up and trap the dog inside. It didn’t work at all for my 10 week old 10 pound Dalmatian pup. Very disappointed.

It is roomy for my dog who is about 13 lbs. - it easily fits his bed and he has room to spare. It is more of a mental barrier for him since he could easily chew his way out of this - so I had to train him to rest in it. If the top is open, my dog could easily jump in or out of it (he is part rat terrier) but I trained him to use the "door." I bought it in anticipation of using it for an upcoming road trip up the West Coast. We'll see how well it works for that purpose in the future but for now it gives my dog a defined resting place in my living room.

I use it to contain my JRT (15#) at the office, and it is plenty roomy. It only took her a day to figure out how to flip on its side and roll it like a hamster ball when someone she likes comes by. Cute, but it then folds up on her :-(

I put the dwarf rabbits in it when I am cleaning their hutches. I used one to house a litter pan and the second as the kitten's playpen when I went camping with the dogs. It was easy to set-up to house the kitten while I established camp, and packed flat in my vehicle for the trip home.
