I need a way to keep my 2x3' Colonial Mills oval rug to stay in place. For years, the rug had been moving all over my little parlor room. After I cut the rug pad to size with scissors, I found that this product had immediately solved my shifting problem. I wish I had bought this product years ago but am so glad I found it now.

This pad is much SMALLER than the 2'x4' stated in the descriptionReviewed by Anonymous from Wasatch Front on Friday, December 6, 2013If you read the packaging more closely, you see that it's meant to be used under a 2'x4' rug. The pad itself is smaller by over a foot in width and lacks 4" in height. Mine actually measures 20 x 34.5 inches! From the description, I expected 24 x48. Much smaller than stated.
