I had to return it because of edge damage. It looked like it had been dragged, where the damage was on the rug it was also worn through on the plastic bag it came in. Sierra has had me chasing daily for it's replacement. They are out of the color and the date eight more rugs are coming in keeps moving and they won't hold one for me to replace the damaged one they sent, so I'm chasing a moving target. It's been very frustrating and though every person I've spoken to on the phone has been very nice I've found the customer service to be lacking because of my previous statement.
So the rugs are great, the price is right, just hope you don't get a damaged one because after that it's a [...] shoot with these guys. -

The material and construction seem to be very good and the price was much less than elsewhere. So, we are very happy with it.

I am using 3 of these 8 ft runners, a 10 footer and several other sizes around the beds where the dogs jump on and off the beds. They are well made, made in America and a tremendous value. Buy the rug pads Too. -
