Verified Buyer Reviewed by PSC Prof from New Haven on Tuesday, December 20, 2016I kept the jacket but was disappointed that the 1000 fill power and heat reflective lining did not make it warmer than even my 800 fill vest. It is also tight across the shoulders (even for me-- a 120 pound woman). I still kept it because it is light enough to wear under any other coat and has a hood, so on very cold days I have a double jacket and double hood. It can also be worn over my 800 fill down vest. Therefore, it is a good layer, although I'm not sure it was worth the $160 I paid for it.
