Why only one back pocket?
Waist a little large but better than a little small. I wear a 31" inseam but I just roll up the legs on the 32".- Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel

Columbia products can vary in size, but the waist was about right at a 36, and the little bit of stretch helps. Sturdy and light enough for 50-80 degree temps, and lots of zip pockets if that is your thing

Good waistband. really like the belt loops and zipper pocket closures but really wish these had more than one back pocket and even a zippered slash pocket on the thigh would be welcomed. The product description did not adequately detail those features. Still like the fit, quality and price.
