I found this a typical Arcteryx fit. It is longer in the back, longer sleeves, not too short at the waist. I am not tall though, 5' 3" so maybe that is the difference between the fit on me and some of the taller people. They always make the sleeves longer and jacket bottom longer in the back so it doesn't ride up when you are ice climbing or rock climbing. It is meant for serious outdoor pursuits, so not necessarily geared for fashion. It fit me fine and the color was a bright greenish yellow color, which is how it appeared on my screen. It is lined with soft fleece but medium weight, definitely not a replacement for the Gamma SV which I have typically used backcountry skiing in Colorado. I would call this more of a 3 season piece, good for fall and spring in particular. I can see this will be really useful for skiing peaks this coming spring. Bottom line, this is a great technical jacket and it was a super good deal (but I wish they still made the Gamma SV so I could replace my winter jacket).
