I realize that because I do not live in the United States that I am not eligible for the Sweepstakes Prize. However, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with these stocking caps. This is the first time I ordered from your company and I couldn't be happier with the service or with the product. I explained to the customer service representative (who was helping me place the order via the live chat) that these stocking caps were for charity and I needed to get the best possible price. She checked and found out that there was an additional sale that day which made the items even more reasonable. Then, when I attempted to place another order for something else a few days later, I learned that my initial order for these caps was still on hold for some type of address verification. This delay presented a problem for me. When I explained this to the customer service representative, she apologized for the delay and said that as a courtesy, you would send it out right away via UPS Air. When the caps didn't arrive by the specified day, I sought information from you and learned that the package had gone out via UPS ground instead of air service as promised. Again, your customer service representative apologized and said that you would deduct the shipping charges because of the inconvenience caused me. The caps did in fact arrive the day before our deadline and we received the refund as promised. In the end, everything turned out fine. The caps are great and since they are going to a good cause, the refund was most welcome. Your customer service representatives were very, very helpful on the live chats I had and I thank you for your excellent service and excellent product.
