Distinctive Styling, Fabric, Details; High Quality; Gaps...

This is a high-quality shirt that is carefully designed and constructed...including the set-in besom pocket on the chest. This all bodes well for quality, but there are two odd glitches: the collar wants to flop open too wide for a heavy shirt that is meant for warmth; don't wear with a V-neck tee shirt if you want to keep your neck warm. Similarly, the cuffs are cut very generously---ok, baggy. In sum, both these "gaps" could be cured by another button--one higher up on the placket between collar and #2 button, and another adjustment/tightening button at the cuff.

Otherwise, it is a comfortable shirt with a square tail that can tastefully be worn out. I would say that the tailoring is fairly close, so if you intend to use this as an overskirt, you may want to bump up a size.
