These are great sunglasses for a smaller face. Unfortunately, I ordered the Coral which is a beautiful color but I was hoping they would have been more Red. I am in the process of waiting on my exchange. I liked the feel and the eye protection so much I reordered in Black. I know I'm going to lo... Read More

Verified Buyer Reviewed by BB in Royal Oak from Michigan on Monday, October 31, 2016Lens provides good clarity and protection. Frame size is good to fit a smaller face yet large enough to block peripheral light. Purchased a second pair based on the performance of the first. Like the rose color frame--adds a subtle bit of color without shouting pink or red. Frame has retained shape after extensive use.

Mine measure approximately 2" wide (at the widest part) and 1 1/2" high. Mine are really comfortable! I love the polarized lenses!
I am not an Optician or eye glass expert !I will write the measurements I take from the actual glasses with a rule while sitting in front of this computer! The lenses measure 1 1/2" high each lens meaures 2": from side to side. The measurement from side to side of the glasses while holding them in my hands is 4 1/2 " from outside to outside.I hope this helps...
“trying to decide between amber and copper lenses (costa sunglasses.) What would you say is the main difference?”
Sorry I can't help you lotusflower. I returned the glasses as they were too small for my face and I don't remember much about the lenses. I can tell you the quality of both the lenses and the glasses seemed excellent and I was sorry to return them.
Amber tends to make for sharper/brighter contrast for average to lower light. Copper also helps contrast, to a lesser degree, and seems to handle very bright sun better. As such, in lower light may seem a bit dark. My first pair was amber then I purchased Copper. I have one pair in each car. Overall I think it is personal preference as I am just as happy with both. On the water or snow in bright sun I would lean toward copper, but for everyday it is a toss up. These are my opinions check Costa web site for more detailed information. Go with the 580 lenses as they give more protection (covers additional light spectrum) than the 400 series. I have owned and tried many of the major brands and from my experience I now only buy Costas. Hope this helps some.
