Good alternative to swapping polarized sunglasses and "readers"

Growing tired of the hassle of taking off sunglasses to use reading glasses, and with the many favorable reviews, I decided to give the Coyote Reader Sunglasses a try. I'm glad I did. It does take a bit adjustment getting used to for dialing in the magnifiers, as I'm not a bifocal wearer. You have to tip you head back a bit to "aim" the magnifier portion of the lens on your fly and leader. The sunglasses are quite comfortable with non-slip pads on the nose bridge and the temples. They work very well as polarized fishing sunglasses and for day to day wear for those who do not fish.
