Reviewed by Ken from San Francisco on Monday, November 2, 2015I agree with some of the other comments to size down on these. I weigh 160 pounds with average sized arms for my weight. I normally wear size medium T-shirts and sports jerseys. I bought these in size medium/large and they are too long and too loose compared to other arm warmers that I own. The fabric is pretty lightweight and not wind-resistant, so use these for mild conditions only.

Reviewed by TribulationExodus from Babylon, CA on Friday, September 11, 2015I see the reviews coming in on size, and now that I have a pair, this is my take on the confusion. Petite women, order a size down. Men with decent size arms order a size up. Overweight males, forget about it. All others order your normal size.
For me the length, 16" is too short, but my real gripe is the warmer is far far too tight to the point of slight blood flow restriction. I ordered a M/L, I am 6'1" 230 lbs. cross fit trainer. I am giving these to my 5'1 120 lb wife. The fit on her is a little long in the sleeve, but not too tight.

Reviewed by Maw from PA on Tuesday, September 17, 2013I ordered an xs/s & thought they were too big, then realized they were made to be pulled up to the shoulder. They cut wind, yet are breathable. Good purchase, especially at closeout price.
Reviewed by Planet Ocean from Boston, MA on Monday, June 3, 2013Size Sm/Med is fit for Med/Large; therefore, order one size down.
Reviewed by Chris from AZ on Monday, March 11, 2013I purchased the xs/s size, and they are huge. I admit that I have skinny arms, but these arm warmers fit my husband, who is 6'2" and slim. That said, they are very well made and look like they would keep you warm. I haven't decided whether to keep them as leg warmers or give them to my hubby.
I purchased the xs Saucony arm warmers at the same time, and they fit! However, they won't warms my arms as well as the Craft's would.
