good gloves, snug wrists

When I received these gloves, I saw that the packaging called them x-c skiing gloves (surprised this was not part of Sierra's product description). I did not know that Craft was part of Karhu.
I like the gloves. They are well suited for active winter stuff. They are warmer than you'd think for their weight. The neoprene wrist gauntlet is quite snug - in fact, the first time you pull them on you may think "geez, did I buy a size too small?" As another reviewer said, if you have wide hands (or if you don't like close fitting things around your wrist) this may not be the glove for you.
I typically wear a size L glove, and this size L fits my 9" hand very nicely.
The fleece liner (non-removable) is actually an inner glove with individual fingers.
The soft-shell material is water-resistant - but if you start making snowballs from soggy snow they will get wet.
They are serving me well for snowshoeing, x-c skiing, and dog-walking.
