Pros: It's Gore-Tex, has many pockets inside of varying capacities. The jacket long enough but not so long it gets in the way. Cons: An additional zippered pocket in the outside upper body area would be welcome; just the two lower pockets on the outside. As a reviewer noted somewhere, the Agatha-style jacket has zippered pockets that are too noticeable because of the silver zippers; too much silver overall. Use black, Craghoppers. I would add, the way the pocket zippers are sewn in they irritate the skin when you reach in if you don't have gloves/mittens on. The upper portion near the neck has snaps all the way up - good for extreme conditions and a nuisance for everyday wear. I zip up to near my neck, tuck both upper jacket sides in, and my scarf fills the space. When it's really cold, you might wear another layer that cinches at waist to stop air, since the jacket does not have an elastic band, etc. at bottom. Sierra could provide a link to Craghoppers' warmth rating system. The jacket came with a full explanation of it (this jacket is a "5" out of "7" on their scale of warmth, and one can always search the Internet for their Agatha jacket to get the specifics), but why not give it here. My "cons" may seem like a negative rating, but I like the jacket and Sierra's price is better than other sites. Again, it's Gore-Tex, and there is much to like about that.
