Yes stretchy....like leggingsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mom from VA on Wednesday, April 25, 2018My son will be 7 in the fall. He’s big for his age so I bought the 11-12 for him. They fit in the waist but the pants looked like leggings on him. They are stretchy but these would not even qualify as skinny pants....just leggings. I had to send them back. I hope they make some regular pants that aren’t so tight in the legs. These are for kids that are playing outside. We need comfy and bug repellent, please.
FantasticReviewed by Mara from Upstate New York on Thursday, April 12, 2018OK these are narrow Girls pants that are dressy looking and ready to climb a mountain. Fabric has amazing stretch and flexibility so they do not restrict her movement the way girls pants often do. The adjustable inner waist with buttons is nice, and insect shield to protect from ticks and mosquitoes at this price makes them Fantastic.
Too Skinny!!Reviewed by STP loyalist in PA from Philadelphia on Sunday, February 25, 2018Had to return these pants. My son had other Craghopper hiking pants last season. I ordered the next size up (7-8). These pants are super slim leg, tight on the calves, almost like stretch pants. They are great material and stretchy but way too tight for my son who is average sized (with athletic build) 7 year old (51 inches and 66 pounds) They looked quite girly. If you have a boy who is very slim these may be fine. I am disappointed because we love Craghopper products.
