I just ran across this brand all of a sudden and was surprised to learn it's been around the U.K. since 1965. Craghoppers is equivalent to the other good brands like Lowe Alpine, etc... I ended up ordering one each of two different Craghoppers fleece pullovers and now I think I've ordered 5 or more... Read More

This is a great item to pull on when it is cold and damp, as it provides instant warmth without being too heavy and bulky. My only quibble is that the the 2xl size that I ordered is at least one size smaller than that. Perhaps sizing standards are smaller in the UK where this comes from.

    • Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented
    • Pros: Comfortable, Great Color
    • Sizing: Feels too small

I just ran across this brand all of a sudden and was surprised to learn it's been around the U.K. since 1965. Craghoppers is equivalent to the other good brands like Lowe Alpine, etc... I ended up ordering one each of two different Craghoppers fleece pullovers and now I think I've ordered 5 or more total. I'm transitioning away from button up shirts to fleece pullovers. Anyway, these are great and are equivalent to all the brands you're already familiar with, which make products in the same retail price and technology range. The look good, fit well, etc...
    • Pros: Comfortable, Figure Flattering, Great Color, Quality Materials, Versatile, Washes Well
    • Sizing: Feels true to size

About Craghoppers

The story behind Craghoppers jackets and apparel began in 1965 when a group of friends from Yorkshire, England started planning a trip to climb Mt. Everest. At the time, options for dependable, high-performance outerwear were pretty scant. Rather than settling for less than adequate gear, the friends decided to create their own, and the Craghoppers clothing company was born. Half a century later, Craghoppers jackets, pants, shorts and shirts are still helping people bag summits and stay comfortable on their adventures all across the globe. With features that range from lightweight, UV-resistant fabrics to Insect Shield® bug repellency, Craghoppers clothing is designed to get outdoors and go places.
