I'm 5'7", 145lbs and broad shouldered. The medium fits perfectly with a little bit of room to wear a shirt under it.
For the inexpensive price, you would be crazy not to get one. -

But if you like a lot of room for layering, you'll certainly have it by ordering your usual size. The fabric and styling are top notch. Light to medium weight fleece. Just right for spring and fall.
