Good quality and features. I had to exchange for a larger size because these were not labeled as riding below the waist.

These are such nice pants but the sizing is completely off. I usually wear between a 32-34 depending on where I am weight-wise. I am about 10 pounds lighter right now and was worried the 34 would be too big because most of my 34 pants currently are a bit big and I need to wear a belt. Imagine my shock, when I could barely button these! This pant in a 34, fit me like a 32 would if I was still carrying the extra 10 pounds!! In other words unwearable....could not even sit down in them let alone think about using them for hiking. Sent them back sadly.

so this will actually be moot. The pants are good quality with some nice features. However, they are styled to ride below the waist, so there should have been a cautionary note to order a size larger.

Front pockets are somewhat small. Lot of odd pockets and two zippered one. I would prefer simpler design with more spacious pockets.

These are great all around. The only complaint I would have is that they're cut so that the area right above your knee is constantly dragging on the material. I know this doesn't make sense, but you'll see what I mean if you buy a pair.

About Craghoppers

The story behind Craghoppers jackets and apparel began in 1965 when a group of friends from Yorkshire, England started planning a trip to climb Mt. Everest. At the time, options for dependable, high-performance outerwear were pretty scant. Rather than settling for less than adequate gear, the friends decided to create their own, and the Craghoppers clothing company was born. Half a century later, Craghoppers jackets, pants, shorts and shirts are still helping people bag summits and stay comfortable on their adventures all across the globe. With features that range from lightweight, UV-resistant fabrics to Insect Shield® bug repellency, Craghoppers clothing is designed to get outdoors and go places.
