This pack is perfect for a couple of hours of mountain biking. The bladder holds 2 liters of liquid and has an internal baffel to keep sloshing down. There are 2 separate pockets; the top one is felt lined for sunglasses or electronics, the lower one is big enough to hold most anything you could ...

Reviewed by JR from Oklahoma on Sunday, May 5, 2013High quality pack, fits well, just the right size for cooler weather or shorter rides. There are a few quirks about this pack that make it different from most others. The most obvious is that the tube is designed to be worn only on the left shoulder strap. You can route it to the right side, but there is no way to secure the lower end of the tube because the clip, which mounts on the webbing, cannot be mounted on the right strap - Dakine oddly chose to cover up the webbing on that side with embroidered advertising. Also, the zipper access for the bladder is located on the "inside" of the pack...doesn't bother me but some people may feel the zipper pulls against their skin if they snug up the pack tightly. Moving the pulls down on the side should fix that. Pockets are a good size but are pretty flat/no depth. Top pocket is sized for sunglasses and is lined with soft microfleece. Plenty of room for essentials, a few repair items, and a tube. The pump sleeve in the bladder compartment is a nice touch. The bladder is a fold-over dry bag type instead of a screw on lid...those work great and I've never seen one leak. Overall a very nice little pack if you want something less bulky and don't need the cargo space.

Reviewed by Evan from Hudson Valley, NY on Sunday, May 5, 2013I was looking for a very small backpack that I could run with with while carrying a Lumix LX7, a water bottle and some food. This hit the nail on the head. Its perfect. Solid build quality, very light weight, the mesh lined pocket on the top is plenty big to hold a decent sized camera. I removed the water bladder because I didn't intend to use it. Its pouch can easily hold a 32oz water bottle.
