1.0 out of 5 stars. Ice fabric, way too large!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Long time Sierra shopper from Massachusetts on Tuesday, August 14, 2018I am 5’2” and 115 lbs. I ordered a small. The legs were so large that the pants looked like a long dress and could slip off my hips without unbuttoning. The quality was ok. But had to return. They were unwearable.

4.0 out of 5 stars. WorksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Maven from Tennessee on Thursday, August 9, 2018I WISH you offered JUNIORS rather than misses/womens, because misses has such a fat waist and juniors fit right.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Baggy fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NorCal on Tuesday, August 7, 2018These were not a great fit and I returned them. Waist was ok in fit, but the crotch and rear end were oddly baggy and not flattering. The material was lightweight and a nice color though.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Sizing is off!Reviewed by Anonymous from Maryland on Sunday, August 5, 2018First, I’ll say that Sierra Trading was very helpful and no pressure regarding the return. I’m only submitting this comment because I hope it will help other shoppers. Note that the numerical size conversion shows a M as size 8-10, which is correct for me and what I ordered. I am a solid size 8 in dresses, can wear anything from a 6 to 10 in pants depending on the cut. The pants I received are much larger than this, more like a 14-16. They were larger than my whole body, head to toe. The legs are really wide and baggy, inseam is a lot more than 31. Also, the pockets (side and rear) are expandable cargo-style, not flat as shown.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good quality and comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Santa Cruz Hiker from Central Coast Calif on Wednesday, August 1, 2018These pants were ordered as size M (10-12) which turned out to be too large for me. They are on the roomy side as Trail pants go - you know, some trail pants are more for “looks” than rock-hopping. But these are built roomy enough for scrambling. So I would order a size down if you are on the 10 side of 10-12 and they will still be comfy for hiking. BTW, being nylon, they are super lightweight if you are backpacking/carrying them. But they didnt stick to my sweaty legs while hiking!

1.0 out of 5 stars. Not flatteringReviewed by sky from MD on Monday, July 30, 2018Ordered a small for my teenager and medium for myself. The small is very big and about the same size as the medium. Both are very baggy, and the the fabric is very, very thin. The fitting is very odd at the front and crotch area. Mosquitoes will bite through these. One of them came with a small hole in the seam of the leg. Will be returning both. Sadly have to pay the return fees.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Value, comfortReviewed by Mightysquirrel from Colorado on Tuesday, March 27, 2018My initial reaction is that for the price, I'm thrilled to have my first pair of convertible pants. They are rather high waisted, which I prefer over low rise in this case. The comfort and loose fit are welcome, though I probably would be better in a smaller size if they existed. Overall I recommend these. I can feel the zipper around the leg and wonder if that will be an annoyance or a chaffing issue on hikes. I'll definitely use these for work and for lightweight traveling pants on the plane.
