4.0 out of 5 stars. Just What I NeededVerified Buyer Reviewed by Secyatlaw from Southern California on Wednesday, May 16, 2018So far so good. The stone is narrower than the one my dad used but it does the job.

5.0 out of 5 stars. ExcellentVerified Buyer Reviewed by Steppenwolph from Mid-Michigan on Monday, April 30, 2018Nicely constructed device. Stones are a good size. The coarsest stone is NOT an Arkansas Novaculite stone, and the description is vague or confusing on this point. The fine stone is a Hard Arkansas stone, the medium stone is a Soft Arkansas stone, and the coarse stone is a manmade composite stone. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as often when restoring a long neglected edge, using the Soft Arkansas stone .will take a small forever. The coarse stone feels like it will remove material quickly. It would have been nice to get an extra hard stone, but those are extra pricy and not necessarily very practical. Very good price on this set for what you get.
