Most Helpful 4-Star Review
VersatileVerified Buyer Reviewed by andereme from dc on Sunday, April 22, 2018Street/trail shorts or cycling shorts? These try to be both and succeed very well at the first. As cycling shorts, the liner is not as good as the product as a whole. The liner feels a bit thin and overly stiff; I'll be using an alternative. That said, they look good, appear pretty well made, and, despite what I've written, they are versatile.
Liked them but too small!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Texstever from Texas/. Minnesota on Thursday, January 11, 2018Based on other reviews I purchased in size 38. Usually wear medium shorts or size 33 in jeans. These just didn’t work. Could barely button them. I did like the way they were made so returned and ordered in a 40. We’ll see how that goes.
Size label is only gaffVerified Buyer Reviewed by Bike Commute from Portland on Thursday, September 28, 2017Many complained of the sizing mis-label, which was an issue. Going off the other reviews I found that the 38 US fit me great - I'm a 30-32 waist. Seems very high quality and will make my bike commute much more manageable this Fall.
Great... if you get the right sizeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Karl from Columbia, SC on Wednesday, August 16, 2017I took some advice from a previous reviewer: I'm a size 32-34 (depending on brand, actually I'm a 33) so I bought a 38 and they are perfect! Why the discrepancy? Not sure, but the tag inside says they're a US 38, but a UK 33. Not sure why, they're pretty close to a US 32 as far as I can tell as they fit similar to a pair of CR shorts I bought.
These pants are very well made. The fabric is thick and heavy. but doesn't feel too hot even on a recent summer ride. The liner is also very good and works well with other shorts I have. I also really like the positioning of the pockets, and the extra room around the knees. This would be a 5-Star review if not for the sizing issues.
niceVerified Buyer Reviewed by mrkevin from Ct on Thursday, August 3, 2017I received the wrong size ,I ordered 36 and received 30
Tooooo SmallReviewed by SDDogwalker from South Dakota on Saturday, July 1, 2017Felt like giving this a one star, but the shorts are nice, just the sizing is way off. I laid them on top of another blue bike short that is also a size 40. The difference is remarkable. No need in even trying them on. I will be returning them.
Incorrectly SizedReviewed by Smoqueed from Colorado on Thursday, June 22, 2017Buy 4 sizes up Look super nice, quality pants and liner, except size 38 was size 32. Just not that trim.
