They arrived on time and in perfect condition. The material was sturdy. The panniers were very generous. The design was great. Unfortunately, the hooks did not fit my bike rack. I had to decide that it was not worth taking down and getting a new rack, but instead return them and find bike panniers that did fit the rack I already have installed on my bike.

It converts to a small purse which is convenient when you get off your bike and take it with you. It is okay functionally, just a little awkward with the big straps that have to go inside when it's not in use as a purse. Can't explain exactly what makes it not perfect, hopefully four out of five stars will communicate this.
