Just Right: Simple and Effective

I have this style, and find this easy and safe for no-worries travel comfort for my pups. It stashes under the driver’s seat when I need the space for human passengers.
For those concerned about the material not being substantial, I’d say it’s not meant to be protective in the way a baby’s car seat is; just needs to keep the dog restrained (as is the law in our state), while not feeling “imprisoned.”
Just put the two loops around the headrest, and adjust to balance it, or to have it sit higher or lower. My smaller dog couldn’t see out the window with the dog seat flat on the car’s seat, so I stuck a couple of yoga blocks under it as a “booster.”
