We purchased it as the current comforter is too warm for summer. We have to determine if it will be good for Canadian winters. Siberian white goose down I believe is a marketing term but the down appears to be a very high quality.

It is of cream white and the size is perfect. I had to find the right size cover from my closet inventory, but this one drapes nicely over my platform bed. it is very hot in FL now but it does not feel hot or sweaty. Just the right weight for the summer. I love it.
