As a boy growing up in Indiana during the late 1800s, William Mathias Scholl began repairing shoes for his grandfather to earn extra money. Eventually, William went on to earn his medical degree in 1904 and soon founded Dr. Scholl, Inc. Over the past century, this iconic American brand has grown to include a wide array of excellent foot care products, including shock-absorbing gel insoles, advanced orthotic insoles, anti-odor foot powders and more. Best shoe ever!Reviewed by savvy shopper from North Carolina on Saturday, February 19, 2022I wrote my first review in November about how comfortable these are, but not sure if they would hold up over time. I've worn them close to every day since getting them and they are more comfortable than ever, and they still look new. My only sadness is they don't have any more in my size: otherwise, I would order several more pair for backup. I still LOVE, LOVE these shoes!
