Have not used but I'm disappointed already.Reviewed by Hionsewing from Michigan on Wednesday, January 17, 2018Purchased both the guys and womens in this backpack. I won't be using until early spring but the price was great. So why already disappointed? Because I attempted to adjust the torso length on this pack and found that the instructions were insufficient. . No problem, I just went to their website. Still unclear how to do it. So I found a video. To adjust the pack to fit, one must loosen a "toggle". This requires reaching into an inside area designed for a hydration bladder. It took took almost two hours to get it, adjust the pack and reconnect everthing. I have a swollen, blue finger from trying the manipulate the toggle in and out of the rigid frame. If you don't need to adjust the pack, no prob. Just beware if you have a taller or shorter torso.
