I have Eagle Creek luggage that is over 15 years old, has traveled to China twice, France, Italy, and numerous trips around the country. Downside is the boot bag and all the extra material. Valuable packing space is lost so a few of us are cutting out the boot bag.- Best Uses: Travel

It does, however it does not fit straight on into any of the overheads I have seen. It needs to be placed sideways which definitely requires that overhead space is available. Bottom line is I have been fine with it, but I might have researched its dimensions more before I purchased.
