Perhaps it’s my perception that’s at fault but I expected to be able to pack a few shirts, etc in each cube. These are more suitable to socks and underwear.

The specter cubes are ideal for adventure travel! What I sacrifice in terms of easy access to items (my older packing cubes had full zippers around the cube) is well worth it compared to the weight I’m saving in my pack. I also highly recommend the half and quarter cubes for organizing smaller items!
