I Received a Single Lock, not a Twin Pack

Despite the description and a review stating that this was a twin pack of two locks, I only received one. I contacted customer service about this error and they were willing to give me a credit for the amount that I paid for the lock but no refund or replacement for the missing lock. I appreciate what little help they gave me, but I really feel like the customer service at STP has gone way down. I can't buy another lock with the credit that they gave me without also paying the shipping fee (which is more than the cost of the lock) and I rarely buy items from this website anymore because of the new and difficult returm policy. I miss the old STP.

Otherwise, the (single) lock seems sturdy. At this price for a single lock, you are better off buying this in a big box store or a place like Ross or Marshall's. When I thought I was getting two locks it was a great deal, but for just one, not a deal at all. I adjusted the combination to one of my choosing and although i haven't been on a trip yet, it is similar to other locks that I have purchased. The pink is a lovely color that will help me identify my bag in the airport.
