Right out of the box these shoes were comfortable. I wore them three days in a row with few regrets. I own a store and never sit down from opening till closing up shop. The shoes have a comfort footbed that gives me needed arch support with a soft touch. My size runs narrower than a true medium but is not a true narrow, so these shoes are a bit wide on me. But, if you are a true medium, I think you would consider this style 5 stars.

The grey goes nicely with medium to light blue jeans and charcoal grey dress pants. They work well with skirts too. The toe is pointed but not painful. I haven’t tried them for extended walks because I’m concerned that the elastic may cause some friction problems but I have not had any issue with that when wearing them over bare feet for half a day of shopping and errands. They have a decent amount of support. If I could find the in a tan or nude color I’d snap them up.
