Reviewed by Waneeho from Northern California on Monday, July 11, 2016I selected this size because the description says they fit size 8 - 12. The packaging says they fit 10 - 13. I wear size 10 1/2 and these are at least one inch longer than my regular socks, resulting in extra bulk at heel or toe. If you wear size 8, I think you can comfortably get BOTH of your feet in one sock, although this might hinder freedom of movement for any activity requiring your feet to be separated very far. They are very well made, and are a perfect weight for light hiking or street wear. Since the wool content is low (18%), I don't know how much they might shrink if I try washing them in hot water to make them a bit smaller. Too bad, I really like the socks otherwise. If you have big feet and want light hiking weight, buy a bunch of these, how can you go wrong at $4.95 (sale price as of 7/11/16)? I don't think they will last long at this price.
