This is a really nice harness. The non-double back buckles are a little scary to think about but function really well. But the large I ordered is a little big for me (32/33 in waist). Still can't complain with the price I got on it.

Just as advertised. Feels comfortable and is a minimalist harness, perfect for sport climbing and in the gym. Another great deal from STP.

After receiving this in the mail the other day this is my 5th or 6th harness I have owned, I like this harness but there are a few things I dislike and would change.

    the good:
four stiff gear loops, lightweight, comfortable in short sport routes, rope soloing, I personally have not done any big walls in it yet but have worn it craging for 6 hrs one day doing some sport, tr-ing and rope soloing and another 6-7 hr day trad, solo and TR-ing. I cant complain about any discomfort issues.

    the bad:
personally I don't like the adjustable leg loops. I noticed at the top of a route I sent the other day I my legs had shrunk!!!! well not really, the leg loops were a bit looser than when I took off. I will be adding a band to keep these in place.

    the ugly:
I like to rope solo, doing this you NEVER want any "loose strings" baggy cloths, webbing tails, or anything that could risk getting caught in your ascending devices.l I am a size 31-32 waist I end up with a lot of tail from tightening the waist strap on my harness about 8-10" worth of excess tail. Even when going to grab a piece from my loops there it is(kinda bugged! The harness has a provided clip to put the tail through but it can come out of that easily, so what I have done so far is simply tuck it into the inside of my harness to keep it out of the way, I will be altering this and adding a proper band to secure the tail. also the gear loops on the left side seemed to be a little bit further away than I like, I am 6' and have long arms and I thought reaching with my right arm to grab a piece from the rear loop was pretty hard, maybe I was just very used to my old harness and am being picky. maybe I need to stretch more? maybe the loops are just far far away? .......NO REAR HAUL LOOP, (I knew this when purchasing this harness but went with anyways)

Bottom line: besides the minor issues that I have encountered I really like this harness its great! and its shinny! I would buy it again if I had to and the price was as cheap as I paid, (under $40).
