Egyptian cotton is lustrous, long-staple cotton grown along Egypt’s Nile River, used to make luxury clothing and bedding. The valley’s humidity and rich soil create the ideal conditions for producing these extra-long fibers. Egyptian cotton is then spun into yarns that produce higher threads counts, which are desirable in sheets and fine apparel.
