Verified Buyer Reviewed by Voyager55 from Cedar Park,TX on Sunday, December 28, 2014We have previously installed two 4- light units. We have have two 3-light units to install with another bathroom remodel and we just installed this unit. We clearly like the appearance of these lights.
The issues we have had were with the initial lamps where the install was made much more difficult because a tool was not included to tighten the nut on the globes. Because of the sharp coating on the inside of the globes we cut ourselves with the difficult installation. In another error we opened a 3 light box and found a two light unit.
This order went perfectly. The unit installed easily and the lights look beautiful. We would re-order if we needed more, but have put these in every bathroom we own!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by adk 46 hiker from Pennsylvania on Friday, December 26, 2014Forget the fact the box had been a purchase from last christmas season (there were pine needles in the box, and the return paperwork from a customer from colorado who was obviously as impressed as i was) i repacked it within minutes of opening it.
Reviewed by Sage Rider from New Mexico on Monday, June 24, 2013I would not have paid full retail, but for the STP price, this is a nice looking vanity light. The glass shades shed some of the "crystals" (aka glass beads) when I intalled them. Have your shop vac handy to clean up the beads. Two of the shades were broken when I opened the box, they are not packed well. However, a call and chat with STP customer service agents had two replacement shades on the way at no additional cost. The replacement shades were packed carefully and arrived in a couple days unbroken. Be careful not to drop the finials as they are cast plastic and chip easily. The color of the "amber" shades differs depending on the type of bulbs used.
Reviewed by SalliSue from Spokane on Friday, June 7, 2013I buy lots from STP and I am rarely disappointed but these lights were not as pictured. The shades had a goldish colored glitter glued on the entire inside. This was what provided the color of the shade. The glitter was flaking off and was all over the counter when I unpacked the shades. The metal fixture looked okay in the box but I didn't even unpack fully..... I knew instantly they were going back!
