This coat is warm, but there are some things that should be made aware -
First of all, the quality is good, it is nice fabric and it looks just like the photos. But... there is a brass loop at the back of the neck for if you wanted to hang it, it is very cold on the back of the neck. The sleeves are wide, and if you wised to turn the cuffs up so that you could see the tan wool lining on the inside they are then a wee bit short. The coat runs large. I ordered a 10, and read other remarks saying that the coat ran large. the next size down would have been a 6, I really could have used an 8. I can alter this though, as the cut is simple and classic.
It is a cozy coat, and looks great with dressy clothes and also jeans, so I would recommend it, just watch the sizing.

This is exactly the coat I wanted-- dressy enough to wear to work, but relaxed to wear casually. As other reviews state, it runs large, so don't order your regular size-- try one size down. Of course, the roominess is great over winter wear, like bulky sweaters. The coat is soft and warm. The photo doesn't really show that the big, open collar actually buttons up higher to keep you warm. My only (almost silly) complaint is that the loop inside the coat to hang up the coat on a hook is a metal chain. That can be cold without a scarf on the back of your neck.

I love this coat! It looks exactly as pictured, but what you don't get to see is how soft-- and warm-- it is because of the angora in it. It does run large, so order a size or two down unless you want a very swingy swing coat.

Ordered a 4 but got a 2. Luckily the coat runs HUGE (I'm normally a 6) so I kept it.
