no idea these were seconds. they look perfect. i have a pizza oven that can hit 650 degrees in 10 minutes. so far, having made about 10 pizzas in weather ranging from 62 degrees to 85 degrees (odd weather for northern california late May) no problems.clean up is EZ, pizzas turned out fine.
