Flat surface

Picture makes it looks likes it has a mild concave but this is flat top. The colors are nice.
The size is nice if you are using it for a serving cheeses. This would not de well with many foods due to the flat top. I’d imagine food would roll off.

The serving board is a great size but the stain/finish looks blotchy paint job. There is no wood grain peaking through as discribed. One you fill it with cheese and fruit it is okay. definitely not worth the price but also not worth returning.

About Enrico Products

After immigrating to America, Enrico Ratti had a difficult time finding a kitchen tool robust enough to grate the rich, hard cheeses imported from his homeland of Italy. Being a carpenter by trade, he decided to make his own. Enrico’s graters were so well made that the Ratti family still uses many of them today. Years later, the foundation of Enrico Products began when Enrico’s grandson Jim, also a woodworker, decided to start producing wood-framed cheese graters using his grandfather’s design. Since launching in 2005, Enrico Products has grown its product selection to include beautifully crafted wooden bowls, platters and kitchen accessories, along with many unique products made using sustainable bamboo and reclaimed woods.
