About the Epicurean Brand
Epicurean 4.339393 5 Average Rating:
Believe it or not, Epicurean was created in 2003 by custom skate park manufacturer TrueRide® as a way to repurpose excess materials, like the wood used to build half pipes. Realizing that many of the materials used to create recreational skating surfaces were also being used in commercial kitchens, Epicurean set out to craft a line of sustainable products made from resources that would otherwise be thrown away as scrap. Epicurean cutting boards and kitchen utensils are all manufactured in the USA. Recently, Epicurean has also introduced a new line of products made from 100% post-consumer recycled milk jugs.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jnish from Colorado on Tuesday, March 6, 2018Not as thick as other Epicurean cutting boards that I have purchased in the past.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by SusieQ from Iowa on Tuesday, February 13, 2018I love these cutting boards. And this same size could cost 3X more at a kitchen store. Highly recommend.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Julie from PA on Saturday, February 3, 2018I was looking for a cutting board that I could leave out on our counter in the kitchen. This one is perfect, and looks amazing. It has all of the benefits or a plastic or resin board (non-porous and safe to cut meat on), but it looks a lot nicer. It feels good to cut on as well. The only possible draw back is that the board itself is heavy, but for me it makes it feel more substantial with less sliding around while cutting.
