I bought a 38 originally, and exchanged it for a 39. Sizing is consistent with Archipedico also made in Portugal. I wear an 8B most of the time in American shoes, 37 Dansko, 38.5 Henry Cuir, and 39 Geox. The full rubber sole is nice, and is holding up better than the segmented driving shoes I own.

I bought. 38, am exchanging for a 39. I wear a 39 in Archpedico, another made in Portugal brand, but a 37 Dansko, so I took a chance. I have wide duck foot toes, and like wiggle room.
