Dont buy unless you can cobble

When these sandals arrived I noticed the buckle woud not go in the hole and then realized the buckle prong was not fully attached to the buckle and as I tried to fix it the whole thing came apart. I returned the sandals and told the customer service rep about the defect. Because I liked everything else about the sandals I did an exchange and specifically asked the customer rep to make sure the exchange pair did not have the same defect. Well it did, only on the buckle closest to the toe. Clearly, this is a material defect. Rather than go through the return hassle I fixed the buckle by crimping it with a pliers and it did the trick. Unless you want to do your own cobbling, don't buy these.
